By accessing or using Sozo AI (“Sozo,” “we,” “our”) at usesozo.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Sozo provides an AI agent platform that enables insurance agencies to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered agents for voice calls, messaging, and workflow automation. Our services include agent creation, call handling, transcription, intake form collection, and integration with third-party tools.
3. Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sozo to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including telemarketing and privacy laws.
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content through AI agents.
- Impersonate individuals or misrepresent the nature of AI-generated communications.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
You are responsible for ensuring your AI agents comply with all applicable regulations, including call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through our platform, including call recordings, transcriptions, agent configurations, and intake form responses. We process your data solely to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
6. Intellectual Property
The Sozo platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Sozo AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of our services does not grant you ownership of any Sozo intellectual property. Agent configurations and content you create belong to you.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Our platform integrates with third-party services (Vapi, RingCentral, HawkSoft, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sozo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account closure.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
